1. What we provide
Warywire provides independent research reports that identify red flags associated with investment fraud and summarize public records and materials you provide about an investment offer, the companies and the people involved ("Report"). The scope of each Report depends on the package purchased, as described on our website at the time of purchase.
2. What we do not provide
- We do not provide investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and we do not recommend for or against any investment.
- We do not value investments or assess whether their terms are fair or suitable for you.
- We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, law firm, consumer reporting agency or government agency.
- We do not recover lost funds.
- Reports must not be used to make decisions about credit, insurance, employment, housing or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
3. No guarantee
No investigation can detect every fraud. A Report reflects only the sources checked and information available as of its date. A Report with few or no red flags does not mean an investment is safe or legitimate, and red flags are not findings that fraud occurred. You remain solely responsible for your investment decisions.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and only materials you are entitled to share.
- Do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords or private keys.
- Use the Report only for your own decision-making (or your client's, if you are a professional), and not to harass, defame or publicly accuse anyone.
5. Orders, payment and delivery
Prices are fixed per package and shown before payment. Payment is due in full when you order. Delivery times run from the date we receive your documents and are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Refunds
- If we cannot start your case because the information provided is insufficient, we refund you in full.
- If you cancel before we begin work, we refund you in full.
- Once work has begun, fees are not refundable, except where we fail to deliver the Report as described.
- The number of red flags found is not a basis for a refund.
7. AI-assisted work
We use AI tools to help organize materials and draft Reports. Every finding is reviewed by a human analyst before delivery.
8. Corrections
If you believe a Report contains an error, contact us with the case number. People and companies named in a Report may also request a review of information about them. Material errors are corrected and a revised Report is issued.
9. Limitation of liability
